ran over to SUNY Canton
did 6x 3 minute intervals up and around the hill about 8 minutes round trip
TTTA- keeping a bend in the knees, not letting my legs get straight, elbows in, arms up, still not thrusting, falling on poles
ran back to school
felt alright, wrist felt like it was stuck, was really cold, probably couldve done more.
