4x400 R pace w/ 60s, 400 job, 3x1600 I pace w/ 3:30 rest, 4x400 R pace w/ 60s
Ran this alone (Eric ran a few laps), windy day. It was a pretty tough workout to do alone, I never got a fast rhythm going in the mile repeats. Legs were noticeably tired during the miles but felt fine breathing wise. Had one of those headache/tired feelings you get from a hard workout after a short night of sleep. No dizzyness.
