Exercise Type: Run

I should explain something quick: I got hammered by work this past week. Unfortunately, I just didn't have time to go on runs for track. I'm definitely feeling some guilt about it, but I'm ready to get back into the groove of things.
So, Quarry! Fun run. I got cramps in my chest, probably because we were just running very fast and I hadn't trained as recently as everybody else. By the end I was probably 25 seconds behind the rest of the group, which isn't severe but I sure hope I feel better on today's run. My legs feel good, it's only ever my guts that feel bad.
