Comments:
Ran with Tom today. Usual guys were out. I went five miles today,
first time I got a cramp at the 2.5 mile mark. Stopped to rub it out and ran back to fitness center. Went a little faster than usual, about 9 seconds on average per mile faster. Ankles were tired by end, but burst of energy for the last mile. Iced my ankles twice since I've gotten home.
