mile showdown. it's here, the beginning of track, for real. can't put into words how happy i am that its here. had a relaxed morning, went shopping for food with mike and navein before the meet and rode over. sat in the high jump mat for a bit then warmed up outside with the freshmen and ben. did drills and everything joked with chris e, gilad, and tim. mile went well. cooled down just a little bit. i felt pretty sick after the run. then watched the rest of the days events.
