Felt labored during the run but was able to have 2 back to back mid 5 minute miles for the tempo. last two miles were slow. Warm up- 6:41, 2nd mile- 5:32, 3rd mile- 5:37, 4th mile(cool down) 7:10, 5th mile(cool down)- 8:04.
