Comments:
Ran with these three pre steeple, pretty standard run. Nothing major. Another 5 miler. Felt decent although sorer than yesterday.
Steeple was good although we were late. Felt good and the walking drills are nice. Jursack helped us with those which was good!
Steeple: Flexibility+5xlead/trail walking drills

Essentials: Static 1, L7x3, roll, abs, hipsx13, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit
