Weather: Sunny and a Little Chilli
Comments:
I did the Admin 3 miles and Baker course. Felt good, but felt bloated and fat, last 2 miles my thighs felt big and powerful. First 3.25 held back at a 8:11 pace. Next two ran with Andy and he kicked my butt, final 2.75 hurt a little but able to maintain a good pace and form.
The right side of my abs hurt when I moved it right, left hamstring hurt all day, and right hip. My right Achilles hurt when I finished. Was a little dehydrated.
2 slices of chicken quasadila pizza for lunch with sour cream and salsa.
