Comments:
The team's optimism was apparently stronger than whatever was ailing me last week. I flew. Now to suffer through the post-race soreness :)

This was an 8 mile, all downhill run/race. Being a relay, it was more run than race there wasn't anyone around when I got the timer that was running nearish my time.

I think its actually closer to 7.5 miles but the official marking is 8 so whatever.
