Comments:
First 2miles really slow to warm up. 9:21 per
Then 6 miles of 200's starting with 8.6mph about 52/54 seconds followed by a very slow 6.0mph, about 1:13/1:15. Equals out to 3 miles of 6:58 and around 3 miles of 10:00 per mile. Then one mile cool down. Felt good after i got the first fast mile in! I like these : )
