Weather: Sunny and Cool

Comments:
Four mile run on the 4 mile square. Felt ok for being tired. Ran very controlled to keep the pace slow. Did not feel bloated at all during the day. Took a 10 minute ice bath on lower legs, and wore compression socks for 1 hour after the run.
