Comments:
I did 3 by 3-2-1. I did 3 minutes at 5k pace, 2 minutes at 2 mile pace and 1 minute at 1 mile pace. I did that three times. I also did one set of circuits after the 0.5 mile cooldown. We ran loops at the school.
