Comments:
Did another set of quarters after I finished for the semester. A good workout. Still feeling pretty tough to get these. Hopefully it'll get easier as I move back towards the habits I built in cross.

Warmed up alone with just pandora for company, drilled, 2 strides, then at um, rolled into them again.
Splits: 61.44, 61.30, 61.34, 62.10

I think I was a little more tired due to the steady state yesterday. Still the whole 62 second is in range so I'm fine with that one. And it'll get easier as my training progresses.

Cooled down solo for some and with Ethan for other parts of it. Dropped off my last project.

Essentials: Dynamic flexibility, static 1, L7x3, roll, #coreoclock, hips, single leg squats, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit
