Weather: Cool, but not too bad yet

Comments:
started really easy after Hill w/o. Close to 9 flat for first mile, then settled into 8:05 for a few, 7:55 for a few, and 7:45 for last two. Right calf too tight: 6/10. Really need to stretch and recover. No knee or IT band problems though. Felt good to do a semi long run.
