Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This run felt good and bad, but not terrible which means it was a pretty awesome run. Temperature around 55, tights and a t-shirt, and my shoes didn't dig into my heel like they have a habit of doing. No complaints, really. Solid run.
Also, I feel like this is the real beginning of my winter track season. This past week has been terrible with work, but the upcoming week is really easy. As far as I'm concerned, Finals week is over and this next week is just time to run and finish a few end-of-term assignments. So I haven't done much running lately, but I'm able to now run every day, ad infinitum until my life gets busy again, maybe, February? Regardless, I'm in the clear. Ready to take my running up a notch.
