Comments:
If my weakness is running harder late in the race than I must work on getting stronger during my training runs. Starting my runs fast and getting into oxygen early in the run and then trying to maintain a good pace/form/breathing will be the key to finishing strong. On tonight runs I ran a really fast pace the first 2.25 miles coming in at 14:20. The 2nd half of the run was really difficult. Tried to maintain the pace and but I think today was one of the first days I actually felt the effects of smoking. The last two miles it seemed really hard to get oxygen.
