Okie dokie, I did a 1.5 mile warm up run, then ran 10 (1-minute) hill repeats, and finished with a 1.5 mile cool down run. I lifted yesterday for the first time in awhile hooray I'm sore, so tomorrow will be another lifting day to attempt to build up my puny arms.
