Comments:
8x800 @I w/ =rest. Goal time 2:40. Workout with Presto and Brian. Felt pretty good except I had to go number two for the vast majority of the workout.
Did the workout in the rain and it got dark for the last half which made it kind of fun except for the whole pain in my legs thing.
