Early morning, Dark run in wo'town with Al

Weather: Cold, but not bad

Comments:
right calf tightness 4 out of ten, improving. Better while running fast.
Tempo w/o. 10 mi w/u straight into 10 building into 6 min pace from 20-25 min. 5 min CD. Prob a bit harder than tempo for me by 20-25. Though do feel "refreshed" and glad I could do it.
