Solo Workout shit

Comments:
Had a workout today and had to do it all by myself. gayyyyyy. it was 4x200 at R, 4x300 at 29-30 through 200 and then pick u, then 4x200 at F. I felt so shitty it was ridiculous. Im assuming its because of all the mileage I have been doing in the past few days. I need to start doing strides again as well. Those are essential. My times were about 33, 44, 28 respectively averaged on each part.
