This was the run portion of my journey!
Got to Woodsboro park with the intention of doing 3 (1 mile) laps around the fitness trail, adding in the giant hill. Instead I ran up the hill and saw spray painted arrows on the ground which I figured were from a XC race or something. So I followed them around through the woods, then did a loop on the fit trail, then once more up the hill. 5k exactly :)
Then I biked to Corey's and when I got there I hopped off and did 2 easy(?) shakeout miles around his development. Possibly the hardest two miles I've ever ran!
