hill loops

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I mile hill loops where you surge on the hill and run long run place on the flat and downhill. Didn't feel very good today. Maybe it was because I hadn't had anything to eat beyond pretzels and Cheetos but I can't know for sure. The last loop was really slow because of some stomach issues and having everything in my body want to come out of me.
