BIG RIG 5 + river run 3

Comments:
Good run! I took Big Rig pretty easy to avoid killing myself on the hills, and then did my 3 miles on the Gap Trail pretty fast. This run had a good dichotomy of hilly and flat.

(Fun fact: I still run from 4:30 to 5:30, but I now can't bring myself to categorize that as "Afternoon" on Running Log. Oh seasons, you crazy things.)
