Comments:
Ran a little too much today. In P.E., I had treadmills so I hit four miles and felt terrible. It was extremely hot in the center today and I felt my legs hitting the treadmill hard. I got a really really bad cramp in my right buttocks and it feels like a ball where it meets the theigh. It really hurt me for my later run.
After school, I ran only 3 miles since I didn't want to go too far or hit too much mileage. Just that cramp is irritating me still.
