Comments:
20 min =. warm up, drills and strides, 800 ant 2:07, shoe change then right into a 10 min. tempo around 5:15 mile pace, 26, 28, 28, 29 for 200's with 200 meter rest in between walk 100, jog 100. 25 min. cool down, hurdle drills. Felt good, arms were heavy after the 800. was reeling for the first 4 min or so of the tempo.
