Comments:
4 miles in new shoes. Very slow mile one then steady 9 and under mile 2 and 3. Ran on toes a bit and got a blister on left big toe but I think the shoes just need to be adjusted a bit. Ran uphill for .75 of the cool down mile at 5% upgrade.
