Hard run in the wind

Weather: very cool, 37, very windy, cloudy

Comments:
Don't know if I should call it a fartlek or an AT run. Started off with a 6:00 mile then did 4x1:00 pick-ups through the next 2.25 miles. Kept the splits around 6 minutes or below per mile. Legs felt strong today. Almost got ran over by an 80 year old, kinda pissed me off.
