threshold on track/hills at duck pond

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3x2mi on track (10:44, 10:55, 11:04), and 4x50sec hill sprints. the 2 miles were slow, but not discouraging. this was my first workout in a month, and i was doing it alone on a track in 35 degrees with 20 mph gusts all along the back stretch, which worked to slow down the pace. despite that, still held a good threshold effort.
after that, hit up duck pond hill for 4x50 second hill sprints which went well, but were tiring after the 6 miles of threshold running. overall, great training day, and i'm excited to keep chipping away the space between myself and a 15-flat 5k.

slow cooldown to end this hard day, and lifting later
