Was going to run with my high school team but then everyone canelled so I ended up waiting till later. Got out around 2. Solid run. Got into the pace zone and felt good which was fine. Pretty normal run otherwise.
Essentials: dynamic flexibility, static 2, L7x3, morning and evening circuit
