Comments:
Did a negative split tempo run today. Focused on miles 3 and 4. First two were an up tempo warm up. Legs felt good and strong today. Lungs didn't burn too much from the cold air. FIrst mile-6:26, second-6:00, thrid-5:25, fourth-5:19, cool down was 6:18.
