Comments:
I was sick on Tuesday and couldn't do the workout so I did the tempo run today instead. 10 minute warmup, 3x5 minute with 3 minute recovery, 9 minute jog,5x1 minute on equal recovery, then 10 minute cool down. I felt pretty good my tempo probably could have been a little faster.
