Weather: cool and windy

found these in runner's world and you are suppose to run them comparitive to your marithon time (something wierd like that). Used online "running calculator" to find pace = 3:01/800
rest = time you run 800
also did warm-up and cool down
since it was my first track workout in forever i only did 4 (suppose to build up to 10)
1= 3:02
2= 3:05
3= 3:08
4= 3:10
not quiet in that type of shape yet, legs felt tight, fasia hurts a little still
