Comments:
legs still hurt so i decided to run at park instead cause it's all grass and softer footing. so went off time. stretched alot b4 run. legs didnt hurt much. but my back felt terrible, felt like i had a hunch the whole time. i thought it go away but just kept getting worse as run went on. wind sucked alot too.really tired overall.
