Work Out - 20 morning run. 4x3 min (15s hard/30s jog/2 min recovery)
where - Spackenkill Highschool Track
Overview of workout - It was 25 degrees outside so it was very hard to workout. I was by myself but overall the workout felt good, doing the hard 15s felt fast and comfortable but I did get pretty tired during the last one so I need to get back into running shape. During the run my groin felt fine but after I was in quite some pain so I'm icing and stretching now and we'll go from there.
