Comments:
Thurmont got hit the past few days with a mass of snow, sleet, and rain. This has left giant puddles and ice patches everywhere.
I jogged from my house to the High school and then did 8x400 with :90 rest. Then jogged back.
I got to the track and sure enough it was covered in a combination of snow, slush, and ice patches. Walked around once to make sure it wasn't to slick then went to work.
Rate of effort was much higher than the times show because of the terrain and a horrible headwind on the backstretch:

Wore my BRAND NEW Zensah calf sleeves! AWESOME!! Legs were still a little tight during the warm-up but felt amazing on the 400s
