Weather: 1430: Way too freakin' cold and windy to go outside!

Comments:
Actually, I would have gone outside if I'd had my outdoor cold weather gear with me. Started at 8:34 pace and continually lowered to 6:58. A mile or so at .5 incline and another one at 1.0.
