my heart was seriously hurting. fucked up lol. idk why honestly.
had new shoes. helped relieve some shin pain. but stilll have some pain on the balls of my feet.
felt overall better than i have rest of the week.
ohh something big is that ive been feeling muscle soreness like its my first time running or like im doing steep hills. runs r just getting tough on my legs.dont kno why. never have felt this. i just feel really weak. and the pace is killing me. i can feel that im going slower than usual but it feels super hard.
