Comments:
My calves hurt for some reason, and I forgot to mention it, but yesterday my knee hurt as well, in the same place it had been bothering me last week. Today seemed like a rather dishonest run so I decided to throw in two fast hills, clams, heel toe walks and leg lifts at the end.
