Comments:
A very nice and relaxing run with Leah "The Phoenix" Snider '12. Drove up to the access point on Grub Rd and headed up to the Silver Spring end of the trail. Doubled back to East West Highway and turned back to the car. Pace fluctuated a smidge, but averaged just over 9:00. Legs felt great and it was just what I needed after all my inconsistency and lack of focus. Nice to catch up in person, doing something we both love.
