Comments:
45 minutes on tread going a steady 9 mile pace for most of it then kicking it up in the last mile. Also did incline in most of mile 2 and 2/3rds of mile 5 at 3% while keeping pace steady. Workout felt very doable but I will be ready to go outdoors again.
