QBY Relays

Exercise Type: Elliptical

Weather: nice snow on the ground, not too cold

Comments:
did the relay with Caroline and Abby, had originally planned on just skiing all three legs, probably wouldve been faster. wouldnt really say I was going race pace but it was definately a hard effort made harder by sickness, lack of sleep and lack of food. did try drinking some coffee before the race, made me shaky but I think I might try it again.
definately did not do a good warm up but this race was more for fun so it wasnt as significant, if I had done all three legs I would have made more of an effort for a good prerace simulation.
cool down was just skiing around the course a few time and cheering for people
