Comments:
I've been feeling some limpness in my left ankle since yesterday - it stings a bit when I go up stairs, and it hurt when I began my run down at the gym. Pretty soon it ebbed away, and I ran just fine for the rest of the workout.
Also, it doesn't look like there'll be any more snow for the next week, which is very good news for getting off the treadmill. Until the roads are good enough, the treadmill seems to be working well.
