Woke up, didn't want to run, but did. Jogged over to the high school and did Zach's workout:

2x800 @ 1:1 Rest: 2:52; 2:57
2x400 @ 1:1 Rest: 1:17; 1:21
2x200 @ 1:1 Rest: :37; :35

Mile was awful but then I felt I was getting into a groove. Second 800 and second 400 were definitely the worst intervals.

Jogged around the track to make an even 3 then jogged home. I'm out of shape!

Love my calf sleeves though :)
