Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was worried about my paroneal, but I had to run so instead of doing a long run like I planned I just did 8, a little less than half the run was on grass. I took it slow and catious, good news is the paroneal hurt less than yesterday. I'm feeling very frustrated because it seems like I wake up and have a new problem everyday. It's making it very difficult to get consistent training and good mileage in like I want.
