Comments:
Ran on the treadmill for a while. Ran til I hit four miles and got off.
My neck was better, it is starting to straigten out a little but I can turn my neck fully to the right and any way as long as I don't look back and forth quickly I'm fine. Slight tenderness on my heel, but good four miler.
