Comments:
Another snowy day--warmed up with a 10 minute walk with some arm toning/weights.
Started with 30 second intervals of up 3.5%, 5.5%,then 0 incline. Then went to 1 minute intervals of each, increasing speed only slightly to about 9:30 pace. Did 2 miles then a cool down mile with increasing incline up 1, 2, 3, 4, then finishing level.
