Weather: long sleeve and spandex weather with a pretty intense headband

Comments:
was a road race, my legs felt pretty good. my splits were 6:44, 6:22, and 6:50 due to a fall. had an insufficient warmup and after skiing for almost 2.5 hours today I'd say it wasnt a terrible time. maybe my marshmallow isnt burned yet... I want to race.
