New jacket, new tights, great run

Comments:
A little slow, but I did 10 miles Sunday night around 1 AM, and this run took place at 3 PM the following day. Not a whole lot of recovery time, but this run came and went fine. Body feels good - so long as I don't find that I've been over-training this whole time.
