Comments:
Didn't feel very good again today. There was a point in the run where my paroneal was starting to hurt so I stopped for a bit and stretched it. I don't like having to do that. Did some striders on the half of the indoor track that was open. Good news is the tendon hasn't hurt as bad as I thought it would today.
