Comments:
Bad, bad workout. Thing is, I drank a good deal of soda New Year's Eve, so I figured it would be gone from my system 48 hours later. Apparently I was too optimistic. I went to the gym and tried running 3 different times, but got really gassy each time and stopped when it got to be too much. Aw well. I'll be back tomorrow, many bottles of water later.
